Why We Exist?

We exist to develop and advance a skilled workforce in the agriculture sector.

What We Do?

We are a coalition seeking to establish BOLI-certified registered agriculture apprenticeship programs for the Pacific Northwest.

How We Do It?

We partner with local farms, agricultural businesses, educational partners, and workforce organizations.

Who It’s For?

Individuals seeking to build careers in agriculture, including new entrants to the field and those looking to enhance their skills.

What We Do

Registered  Agriculture
Apprenticeships

Registered apprenticeship is a structured system of training designed to prepare individuals for skilled occupations by combining on-the-job training with related instruction. Apprentices earn while they learn and their skills are nationally recognized.
